• Dinner is served at Lido Restaurant from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Heritage Tour is available at 5:00 PM.
• Heritage tour is not wheelchair accessible and involves significant walking, including stairs and narrow passageways. Participants are encouraged to assess their physical abilities and wear appropriate footwear to ensure a comfortable experience.
• This voucher is only valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Vouchers cannot be extended or accepted after the expiry date.
• 24-hour advance booking is required and is subject to availability.
• The original voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
• The total value of the voucher must be used at the time of redemption; any balance remaining cannot be carried over.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Queen Elizabeth 2 Hotel will not be held liable for vouchers which have been lost or stolen.
